Course Overview

This course helps you learn basic Dutch for everyday conversations.
You will practise speaking in practical situations such as introducing yourself, shopping, travelling, visiting the doctor, and talking about your home and neighbourhood.
By the end of the course, you will feel more confident using simple Dutch in daily life.

You already know some Dutch — now it’s time to actually start using it.

In Level 2, you build on the Dutch you learned in Level 1 and become more confident speaking in everyday situations. You’ll expand your vocabulary, make longer sentences and learn to understand and respond more naturally in Dutch.

The goal? To rely less on English and feel more comfortable using Dutch in your everyday life in the Netherlands.

You already know the basics. Now it’s time to use your Dutch more independently.

In Level 3, you’ll move beyond simple conversations and learn to express yourself more clearly in everyday situations. You’ll expand your vocabulary, understand more spoken Dutch and become more comfortable having real conversations.

The goal? To rely less on English and use Dutch more naturally in your everyday life in the Netherlands.

You’ve built a strong foundation in Dutch. Now it’s time to bring everything together.

In Level 4, you’ll work towards completing A2 level and become more confident handling everyday situations in Dutch. You’ll learn to have longer conversations, understand more spoken Dutch and express yourself more naturally.

The goal? To feel comfortable using Dutch in your everyday life and be ready for your next step towards B1.
